We were thrilled when Pembroke Primary School emerged victorious in the national Lions Roar competition, showcasing the incredible talent and creativity of our local primary children.
This fantastic programme, designed to inspire and engage young minds, is sponsored annually by the Chepstow and Caldicot Lions. Lions Roar is more than just a competition; it's a platform where children can explore their potential, develop their skills, and shine bright on a national stage. Each year, schools across the country participate, submitting their innovative projects and ideas. The aim is to encourage young students to think big, be creative, and make a positive impact in their communities with real world problems.
Last year, Pembroke Primary School stood out with their exceptional project, demonstrating remarkable ingenuity and teamwork. This week, Lion President Denise (left) had the honour of handing over the well-deserved trophy to the triumphant Pembroke Primary. 🎉🏆
We're incredibly proud of all the participating pupils and grateful to the teachers and parents from Pembroke Primary whose support made all the difference. We're so proud that one of our local schools reached such a scale on the national stage.
Here's to the continued success and inspiration of our young leaders! 🌟
