Donate a raffle prize

We always welcome donations of as new items which can be used for raffle prizes, for a number of events that we run throughout the year . 

Examples of items we can accept:

  • sealed bottles of soft drinks

  • sealed alcoholic drinks

  • soft toys and games

  • new and unused home crafts 

  • unwanted Christmas presents

  • New items still in a box or BNWT.

  • promises of a service (hairdressing / gardening / decorating, baking)

  • vouchers (restaurants / holidays / hotels)

  • entry tickets (theme parks and attractions)

  • new kitchen appliances and utensils

  • new DIY items  

  • new unopened toiletries

Local businesses!

Chepstow and Caldicot Lions are particularly interested in connecting up with local businesses, big or small, who may be able to donate items on an ongoing basis for regular raffles in return for a mention in our social media channels*. We have an online raffle engine called Raffall which we will use going forward to conduct raffles. We held our recent Easter raffle online and this resulted in one lucky winner taking delivery of a cuddly Easter egg bundle thanks to a donation from Tesco Extra. If you have a prize we can offer, then you'll be well mentioned as a sponsor. 

*Just as an example, one Lions club we know holds a meat raffle every month. The possibilities are endless.
