Meet the Lions

🔍 Imagine sitting down for a cup of tea with a Lion. Not the wild, mane-tossing kind, but the kind that roars for good causes! Each week, we’ll shine a spotlight on one of our Lions, delving into their passions, quirks, and the stories that ignite their commitment. 🌟

Lion Nigel

Lion Nigel’s decision to become a Lion was influenced by  shadowing the late Lion John Bennett MJF, for three months. This hands-on experience gave Lion Nigel a first-hand look at the impact the Lions have on the community, and solidified his belief that joining the Lions was the right choice to make. The mentorship and guidance from Lion John played a significant role in this decision, showing him the values and camaraderie within the club.

Lion Terri

Lion Terri had a wonderful experience as a young Lion (Leo) in Balsall Common years ago. The fun and fulfillment she found in community service during her youth left a lasting impression on her.
